  • Universal Testing machine 20 KN capacity with electronic extensometer.
  • Impact Testing: Impact Testing Machine up to 300 J Test temp range - Ambient to -196°C
  • Hardness Testing: Brinell & Rockwell Hardness Tester
  • Inter Granular Corrosion Test: Unit for IGCT practice A,B,E, C & F (Done in NABL)
  • Microscope: Microstructure Examination (Done in NABL Lab if customer required)

NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING

  • Dye (Liquid) Penetrate Test
  • Magnetic Particle Testing
  • Radiography Testing (Done in NABL Lab if customer required)
  • Ultrasonic Testing (Done in NABL Lab if customer required)

  • We follow customer's Drawings, Specification, Material detail & Sample to produce.

  • A Chemical & Physical laboratory in house for effective metallurgical control.
  • Inward In process, Final inspection through Q.C.
  • Dispatch only after clearance from Q.C.
